Compensation:
To show our appreciation for your time and shared knowledge, we offer an honorarium of $200 for a half day (up to 4 hours) and $400 for a full day (up to 8 hours). This amount is selected based on the committed time in the selection below.

Terms:
I, INTERVIEWEE, give permission to Seed Media LLC and the ENTITY requesting my image, to use photos, video, audio recordings, and my voice (the "Content") captured through video, audio recording, photo, or digital camera, of which I may be included in part or entire, for legitimate and lawful purposes including, but not limited to, online videos, websites, social media, print media, broadcast, digital displays, advertising, promotional purposes, and dubbing and editing purposes. I understand that the Content may be used in composite form with other materials and any use of the Content will be without payment or any other consideration to me.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and/or approve the resulting finished product or the advertising copy that may be used in connection therewith, including for dubbing and editing purposes.

I hereby release, discharge, and agree to save Seed Media LLC, the ENTITY, and their agents from any liability by virtue of any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, including for dubbing and editing purposes, that may occur or be produced in the making of said Content, or in any processing tending towards the completion of the finished product.

I also give permission to Seed Media LLC and the ENTITY to use AI to analyze, modify, or enhance the Content, including, but not limited to, facial recognition, voice analysis, and natural language processing. I understand that the use of AI may result in the creation of derivative works or new content based on the original Content, or this waiver of liability shall apply to those as well.

As lawful consideration for allowing my image, voice, and Content to be used by Seed Media LLC and the ENTITY, I agree that I will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of, or prosecute Seed Media LLC, Seed Media LLC employees, agents, or contractors, the ENTITY, or its contractors for damages for death, personal injury, or property damage which I may sustain as a result of the media production activities. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Seed Media LLC, the ENTITY, and their agents, assigns, and employees, from and against any and all liability, including for negligent actions, arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the media production activities, except for liability that may arise out of willful or intentional misconduct. I understand that injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others' negligence and conditions related to the media production activities. Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in these media production activities. I further understand that Seed Media LLC requires outdoor physical activity, including walking, climbing, crawling, carrying equipment/props, and other strenuous activities associated with location film production, that occasionally can cause personal injury, illness, property damage, or death. I also understand that drone operations will be part of the media production activities and these may fly around or overhead. Knowing the risks of participation, nevertheless, I hereby agree that I assume those risks and release and hold harmless Seed Media LLC, the ENTITY, their agents, assigns, employees, and contractors who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me, for damages.

Moral Standards:
Seed Media LLC and the ENTITY are committed to upholding the highest moral standards. We assure you that your image and content will be treated with respect and integrity. We will not use the Content or likeness in any unlawful way or distort or wrongfully manipulate the Content. Your image will be protected and handled with the utmost care.

I attest that I am willing to participate in this interview and understand what participation in a media production entails. I agree to follow all applicable laws, rules, and guidelines regulating the media production activities.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT, AND I HAVE SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
